This is an example of what we see quite frequently.
Again, everyone has their own ideas and ways, and there are many different ways.

And we have heard and been told many times, it's because they didn't "follow the protocol properly," or because they are not "certified by us".

Still, one question keeps coming up, or at least some food for thought.

After the breakover has been backed-up, the toe has been shaved off, and the horse still has a problem....
     one wonders what they're going to do next??

You might want to think about learning more than this. Individuals with upper-level horses will not do very well in the show ring with feet looking like this.
